Instructions for use
This product can decompose free radicals in the process of rubber regeneration and desulfurization by oil method or water-oil method. It can speed up the oxidation rate, shorten the desulfurization time by 3-6 times, and stabilize the free radicals generated by the cracking of the macromolecular structure of the vulcanizate.
as a free radical acceptor, it accelerates the cracking and destruction process of the vulcanized rubber structure and prevents the repolymerization between the rubber molecular chains, thereby effectively improving the plasticity of the product and achieving the purpose of vulcanized rubber regeneration.
but the disadvantage is that this product should not be used in alkaline, otherwise the activity will be greatly reduced, that is, it should be used in neutral or slightly acidic (such as resin acid, fatty acid, etc. In rosin or pine tar) this product also has obvious effect on the synthesis of regenerated chloroprene, nitrile and butylbenzene. The usual dosage is 0.3-0.5% of the rubber dosage.
