Features and uses
As an antioxidant, it is suitable for polyolefin, polyester, polystyrene, abs resin and polyvinyl chloride, etc., And also suitable for white, bright or transparent products. The general dosage is 0.5%~1%. Antioxidant 300 is a typical thiobisphenol antioxidant. Because of its special structure, it has the dual functions of free radical terminator and hydroperoxide decomposer, and shows excellent synergistic effect when used with carbon black, which is incomparable with commonly used antioxidants.
this product is a high-efficiency main antioxidant for rubber, polyolefin, plastic and other products, especially as an antioxidant for polyethylene cable and wire materials.
when this antioxidant is used as an antioxidant for polyethylene food packaging materials, its limit is: ldpe 0.05%; hdpe 0.25%.
the use of antioxidant 300 in polyethylene has the following advantages: better maintain the physical properties of its raw materials (such as tensile strength, elongation, melt index, etc.); Good preservation of its electrical properties, high thermal stability it enhances the weather resistance of the product; the anti-aging effect is four times that of the general anti-aging agent; it is less volatile than other commonly used antioxidants; it has a special synergistic effect when used with carbon black.
Packaging and storage
Antioxidant 300 is stable in nature and has no special storage requirements. Avoid high temperature and humidity during storage. Packed in cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg/drum. Can also be designed according to customer requirements.
